APPLICATION

International student application checklist

Application timing	International students are advised to submit applications three months before the term starts.
Application form	Completed Application Form for International Students.
Student’s Pass documents	Student’s Pass / visa procedures and required documents, including Immigration Forms 16 and V36.
Medical examination	Medical examination if required by ICA.
Application fee	S$1,090.00 inclusive of GST; non-refundable and non-transferable.
Academic documents	Certified true copy of latest educational certificates and transcripts.
Passport and photo	Copy of passport and one digital passport-sized photograph.
Student’s Pass processing	The process normally takes a minimum of four weeks. Student’s Pass holders are not allowed to work or apply for part-time studies in Singapore.

EDUTRUST / PROTECTION

EduTrust, FPS, student contract and medical insurance

EduTrust	EduTrust Certificate No. EDU-2-2163, valid from 13 Sep 2024 to 12 Sep 2028.
PEI Registration	Registration No. 201003698C, valid from 13 Jun 2023 to 12 Jun 2027.
FPS	All students are covered by FPS insurance for course fees paid; the official FPS page lists Lonpac Insurance Bhd and Policy No. Z26BX01142856, valid 01 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
Medical Insurance	All students are covered by Hospitalisation & Surgical and Personal Accident coverage through NTUC Income Insurance.
Medical coverage benefits	Annual limit of S$20,000 per student, B1 ward entitlement in Singapore government / restructured hospitals, 24-hour coverage in Singapore, and death or permanent disablement coverage of S$20,000.

FEES

Fees and budget items

Course fees	Course pages state that listed course fees are in SGD and prevailing GST is included in prices shown.
Application fee	International student application fee: S$1,090.00 inclusive of GST.
Materials and textbooks	Course fees exclude materials and textbooks required for the area of study.
Administration fees	Examples include additional module fee S$109, withdrawal from module S$109, transfer of programme S$218, deferment fee S$218, final examination replacement S$162, justification of marks S$54.50, courier fee S$54.50 and retaking fee calculated by direct contact hours.
